You might have seen me in the Inner Circle Discord, know some of my options trades, but not what pays my bills. So here's the short version: I run a real estate portfolio: 93 units across 3 entities, all multifamily rentals. It's not flashy. It's not fast. But it's been one of the two legs my financial freedom actually stands on.
I chase multiple income streams on purpose. Seven is the number I aim for. Not because more is always better, but because no single stream should be able to take me out.
Justin got me started on options trading a little over two years ago. It's been one of the most consistent pieces of my portfolio since.
The other leg started years earlier. I bought my first multifamily property back in 2020. It's slower, nowhere near as fast-moving as options, but it compounds quietly, on its own timeline, largely disconnected from whatever the market's doing that week.
Those two alone, one fast, one slow, are what actually built financial freedom for me. Not because either one was enough by itself, but because they don't rise and fall together.
In 2024 I started taking friends and family along on the journey. 12 investors are in it with me these days. We rise as a village.
