Happy Good Friday weekend, market is closed so I'm enjoying a 3 day weekend. A quick glimpse into my view:
Nobody knows if this is a dead cat bounce or the beginning of a new bull run. and anyone who tells you they know with confidence... I'd be careful listening to them
Here's what I DO know. You don't have to know what's going to happen or even be right to make money in the stock market
In the community this week we saw admin Eric take profits off at 30% instead of waiting for 50%... why? Because the trade reversed the very next day. by doing that he recycled his capital and stacked multiple wins. thats smart trading. Did I give him a hard time in discord??? you know it... But we have fun.
I've been more patient, and I saw so many trades coming off as we finally got some volatility crush.
I know for sure: fear is overpriced more than 80% of the time. If you're selling fear you are ahead of the game. A 20 delta put has an 80% probability of profit built right into the trade. Add your moving averages and reversal patterns on top of that... Now you're running a business not gambling not guessing!
Stop trying to buy puts and calls and figure out the impossible. learn to sell premium. learn to sell spreads. watch the charts a little
